1. Services Provided

We provide professional business coaching and consultancy services, which may include but are not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Group coaching and workshops
• Strategic business consulting
• Training materials
• Business analysis and business health Dashboard generation
• Assessments, evaluations, and planning documents

The scope, duration, and method of delivery will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.

2. Engagement

Engagement begins once the client completes the booking or agreement process and pays any required deposit or fee. The terms of engagement (including duration, number of sessions, delivery method, and specific outcomes) will be outlined in a separate client agreement or confirmation email, where applicable.

3. Fees and Payments

• All fees for services will be communicated prior to formal engagement on an agreed project or task.
• Payment structure will be based on the nature and duration of the assistance provided.
• Accepted payment methods: credit card and bank transfer
• Late payments may incur a 2% late fee per month or part thereof.
• Services may be paused or terminated due to non-payment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You must provide at least 8 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice.

5. Client Responsibilities and Obligations

You agree to:

• Be punctual and prepared for scheduled sessions
• Actively participate in the coaching/consulting process
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Fulfill any agreed-upon actions or tasks between sessions

6. Customer Code of Conduct

Clients must always conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, abuse (verbal or physical), or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and business information. All discussions, materials, and records will be treated as confidential and not shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, tools, and methodologies shared or developed during the provision of services remain the intellectual property of Beckett Associates unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. External Links and Third Parties

Our services or website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services and do not endorse them. Use at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer

Our services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not make guarantees regarding business outcomes, financial results, or specific performance improvements. Results may vary depending on individual and market factors. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice.

If you terminate services early, you may not be entitled to a refund unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-compliance with these Terms or inappropriate conduct.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brisbane.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or sent to you upon request. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
